Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Flower arrangements are unable to be returned, but if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we can issue a refund or a credit depending on the situation. 

If you purchase a ticket to an event and are unable to attend, you must contact us within 72 hours of the event in order to get a refund or credit towards a future class.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
