Meet the Somm
Hilary Cocalis is the Founder & CEO of Sipwell Wine Co., a premium award-winning craft wine brand she launched in 2021. Before her entrepreneurial journey, Hilary was VP of Marketing at Ballast Point Brewing and Constellation Brands, with over a decade of experience in food & beverage marketing. She now also advises emerging CPG brands and serves on the Board of Directors for the San Diego Blood Bank. Hilary lives in Encinitas, CA, with her husband and two daughters.
Allie Mangel joined the Sipwell Wine Co. team in April 2024 as the Sales & Activation Manager and has developed her passion for premium canned wines through community partnerships, event activations, and sales initiatives. From planning events and tastings to building relationships with retailers, she’s all about getting Sipwell’s premium canned wines into the hands of people who’ll love them. Allie helps bring the brand to life in fun, meaningful ways and is dedicated to making Sipwell a go-to choice for wine lovers who value quality and convenience.
